BRANDT TO EXPAND LANDSCAPE AND HORTICULTURAL OFFERINGS
SPRINGFIELD, Illinois (February 13, 2012) – BRANDT, a leading manufacturer of agricultural specialty products, has entered into a new manufacturing and distribution agreement with FT Soluciones América, an affiliate of Spain-based Fertinyect S.A. Fertinyect S.A. was established in 1991 and is known for its patented tree injection system developed by University of Córdoba in Spain. SPRINGFIELD, Illinois (September 25, 2011) - Mother nature soaked the fields of Central Illinois this Spring. Then things went the opposite direction as drought like conditions took hold in July and August. Corn yields took a hit thanks to the early wet weather, and the dry conditions hit right when soybeans need water the most. That left many farmers feeling pessimistic about their potential yields. ABC News Channel 20's Mike Brooks finds out if the worrying is warranted.

2011 BRANDT COMMUNITY SEED TRIALS
SPRINGFIELD, Illinois (September 13, 2011) - The Brandt Retail Agronomy Division will soon be posting harvest results from the Brandt Community Seed Trials. In 2011 Brandt locations planted 24 different Community Seed Trials for corn. Each location has identical hybrids at each location. This will be a powerful data set over a wide range of geography. At the conclusion of harvesting the plots Brandt will compile the data and present the results. Included in the data will be weather totals, soil types, fertility levels, and other information specific to each location. Results will be posted as soon as they are harvested. See the results >
